42.Complete Nyuhkuning MAP
We stayed at a bangalow in Nyuhkuning village south of Monkey forest, July 2005. We made 2 plans to do during our stay.( only plan, maybe just plan...)
1st: trying 10 cheap estetics in Ubud village.
2nd: Making our Nyuhkuning map much complete.
Dont ask me what for? Is it useful? Most visitors do not come to Nyuhkuning. Evenif they come to village, they come to restaurants Laka Leke or Chili Cafe, not to other places. Backpackers or curious persons do not need this map, they need only ther eyes. I made this map only for my pleasure.

This is the Complete Nyuhkuning MAP! you have never seen before.(noone needs...)

Walking around the village, taking photoes, then I added information to my map day by day. But some houses and signs I couldnt understand what it was. So I asked hotel stuffs of Alam Shanti & Alam Indah, but all of them came from outside of village, they did not know the detail I wanted to know. Manager of Alam Jiwa, old Komang, who also came from other village, told me there were 2 stuffs living in Nyuhkuning. Next day I visited Alam Jiwa, but both of them were not yet arrived, they started to work in the afternoon. After spending time in my hotel, then again visited Alam Jiwa, and I could catch a stuff, Mr.Yan War and talked about my MAP.( he was not so busy before check-in time)
I showed him my MAP, he wanted to comfirm where was Alam JIwa and where was school. Oh, it was his beginning. Then he check many points on the map, shops, hotels, roads. After that, my question started;
Ask1:I saw some foreign women came into Yayasan Bumi Suhat. Is it a kind rosmen?
Ans1:This is a maternity hospital. Oh I see. Sign board sais all.(it was very real)
Ask2:Sign board[Silur Barong] located at the north of Jl.Nyuhkuning2. What is this?
Ans2:That is a name of house owner. He is a rich man, wanted to show big sign board.
Ask3:What does people make 2 story building at the corner of Alam Shanti?
Ans3:That is next creation of Pak Kutut, new spa. May be opened next year. Hoooo, but I can not find any improvement from last year.
Ask4:I saw 2 houses at the north of Alam Shanti foot path. What are they?
Ans4:They are rent houses for foreign guests.
Ask5:What happened on Cafe Pujer at north side of Laka Leke?
Ans5:Oh, you know well. Cafe Pujer was closed this year.(Owner was Japanese)

At the other side of Bali Spilit, ther is a new small villa. BUt it located under bridge.
Wood curving musium in Nyuhkuning was already closed.
